Limitation of Liability
7.1. EcomTide’s liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with our services shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
7.2. EcomTide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
